| Essential Skills | •Develop leads, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services; •Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification; •Work with the Agent to establish and meet marketing goals that will contribute to the teams success; •Identify and solicit potential clients and customize insurance plans to suit individual client needs; •Develop marketing strategies to face stiff market competition; •Monitor insurance claims and respond to client queries; •Maintain clear and concise documentation and records; •Educate and advise clients on company products while adhering to the company’s underwriting policies; •Meet deadline with accuracy and promptness; •Ensure that medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed; •Establish insurance coverage, calculate premiums and establish payment methods |
