Job Summary: Reporting to the Associate Athletics Director, the Head Volleyball Coach is responsible for the leadership and development of the McMaster Marauder Women's Volleyball program and team. The Head Volleyball Coach is responsible for: student athlete development; management administration of the Volleyball program; technical preparation and implementation of tactics and strategies; recruitment of highly motivated scholar athletes; management of coaching and Volleyball support staff; health and safety of the participants; public relations and alumni development initiatives; and the ability to generate revenue for the purpose of program enhancement.
