Description
Moose Hide Campaign is seeking to fill two (2) Regional Coordinator positions - One for Ontario and one for Quebec (bilingual). The Regional Coordinators will be responsible for coordinating strategic outreach and engagement activities. As provincial lead for Moose Hide Campaign's Engaging Men and Boys to end Gender-based Violence Program, Regional Coordinators will develop and maintain effective partnerships with Indigenous communities across the province. The Engaging Men and Boys to end Gender-based Violence Regional Coordinators will also play a key role in maintaining databases, preparing correspondence, and drafting reports. This opportunity is supported through funding from Gender Equality Canada's Gender-based Violence Promising Practices Grant.

Positions: Regional Coordinator - Engaging Men and Boys to end Gender-based Violence (GBV) Program - Ontario and Quebec

Reports to: National Coordinator - GBV Program

Locations: Position 1 - Ontario | Position 2 - Quebec (bilingual)
The Regional Coordinators will work in a hybrid working model with much of their work requiring in-person interactions through their respective province.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary range: $65,000 to $67,500 per annum Status: Full-Time, Temporary Position, (April 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, with possible extension).

ExperienceThe Regional Coordinators will have demonstrated education and experience in planning and delivering programs including:

- Engaging a diverse group of partners using a variety of means including but not limited to:Use of social media platforms, Informal and formal dialogue, Public speaking.

- Planning and delivery of programs that include: Developing project specific action plans using S.M.A.R.T. Goals, Developing project assessment and evaluation strategies, Proposing project budgets and monitoring project costs, Creating and implementing a communications plan, Evaluating program/project outcomes.

Regional Coordinators must have exemplary written and oral communication skills.

The Regional Coordinator from Quebec must be fluent in English and in French.
