PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Specialist Operations Analysis role exists to drive sustained improvements in operations performance and efficiency. The successful candidate will develop analyses for data mining, will be responsible for process review and dialogue with stakeholders, and identify performance issues and their root cause(s). This individual will also be responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of solutions to address gaps or opportunities. They will ensure solutions developed and implemented are reflected in future performance (and targets) through development of monitoring processes or tools.
