The Process Improvement Analyst/PM (PIA) role works within the Project Management Office (PMO). The PIA works throughout the organization to review current processes looking for efficiency gains, duplication of efforts and streamlining existing processes. The PIA is also responsible for creating Cost benefit analysis, Future State recommendations /workflows and gathering requirements, where required.
