Description
The Manager, Process Planning and Support analyzes the feasibility and impacts of strategic business change on the Network & Field Operations team as the functional expert for all related Order to Cash and Incident Management business processes and related IT applications. This position advocates for the Network & Field Operations teams on project teams as well as leads change management deliverables for those teams. This position will facilitate cross-departmental discussions and decision-making relating to business and technical requirements for the rollout of new processes or improvements to existing processes.
