Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$103,331 - $139,803

Lead a high-performance team in establishing accountabilities for data and information management practices.
Develop and implement processes to facilitate governance over data and information to support our strategic direction.
Work to implement technology tools to support the oversight and maintenance of data and information.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the design and development of policies and procedures

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance

• Manage the design and delivery of management processes

• Establish and maintain key performance indicators

• Support the delivery of impact assessments and priority recommendations

• Build, motivate and maintain a strong team by establishing goals and objectives and providing direction, coaching and support

What you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or administration and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); knowledge of agriculture lending is an asset

• Extensive knowledge of information management methodologies, practices, techniques, processes and trends

• Advanced leadership capabilities and an understanding FCC’s business practices, processes and culture
