Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$116,144 - $157,138

Leader with strategic planning and corporate governance expertise needed:
Using your experience in strategic planning, corporate governance and measurement, you’ll provide leadership to create FCC’s strategic plan.

You’ll drive effective and efficient strategic progress by overseeing the development, execution and continuous improvement of the strategic planning process, measurement methodology and corporate governance framework.

Objectives and Key Results (C-OKRP®/C-OKRL®) certification is an asset.

This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead strategic planning, measurement and governance for FCC

  • Support leaders to align their teams’ initiatives towards a shared strategic plan

  • Provide guidance and direction for the analysis of corporate performance

  • Facilitate and consult with the FCC Board of Directors, Enterprise Management Team and management staff in the development and management of corporate governance

  • Build, motivate and maintain a strong team

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in agricultural finance, business administration or commerce and at least eight years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Advanced knowledge of strategic planning, measurement and corporate governance methodologies, implementation processes and best practices

  • A measurement methodology certification and/or governance designation is preferred.
