Promote agile practices while consistently reinforcing scrum theory and values. You’ll remove barriers, foster engagement and challenge team members to self-organize cross-functionally, encouraging collaboration in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

What you’ll do: 

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies as needed

• Work on domain teams, which include a cross section of business and technical skillsets, to deliver value to customers

• Define and develop innovative processes

•   Lead process management practices to ensure the domain team improves how they deliver value

• Support product owners to ensure targets are clearly understood

• Remove and/or escalate barriers for the domain teams

What you’ll need: 

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science and at least eight years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) 

• In-depth understanding of agile principles and scrum frameworks

•   Knowledge of FCC business processes and agriculture lending practices
