| One Family Caregiver (Elderly Care) – NOC 4412, full time permanent position available at 103 Golden Tulip Cres., Markham, Ontario L6C 1W4 Canada Main Duties: • Provide assistance with personal care such as:, bathing, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing; • Administer medication according to schedule; • Provide companionship and conversation in a bid to keep elderly stimulated, occupied and contented; • Serve nutritious meals according to prescribed diet; • Change bed linens and assist in keeping bedroom and washroom neat and clean; • Assist in regular exercise e.g. walking • Administer Bedside and personal care • Assume full responsibility for household in the absence of householder • Observe any significant changes in health condition and report changes immediately to the family members; • Accompanying her to the family doctor for regular check-up • Ensure that room is aired on a regular basis; • Take and record vital signs from time to time | |
