| Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent Positions Available: 2 Khosa Farms Ltd. are looking for a full time permanent farm supervisor. Main Duties of a Farm Supervisor • Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers • Supervise and oversee growing and other fruit trees-related operations • Develop work schedules and establish procedures • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed • Maintain quality control and production records • May perform general farm duties • Plans and supervises the planting, cultivating, harvesting and storing of fruits. • Makes reports on time, equipment, materials, and production; • Keeps records and prepares estimates of needs Job Location: Khosa Farms Ltd., 4386 168 Street, Surrey, BC V3W 0L2 | |
