| Salary | $22 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours per week |
| Education Requirements | - Secondary School - An apprentice program or courses in machining will be an asset |
| Essential Skills | - Operate machines that shape and form metal sheets. - Operate hand tools to cut, bend, roll, drill or otherwise shape metals. - Feed machines with raw materials. - Inform Supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or production irregularities. - Perform minor maintenance of machinery. - Maintain production log. - Adhere to all plant rules and safety functions. - Clean machines and surrounding work areas. - May adjust welding heads and tooling according to work specifications. - Read specifications and follow verbal instructions. - Accurately read production sheets - Monitor and operate machinery on the production lines and record production information. - Check products for correct shape and dimensions |
