| Job number: R-1003997 Location: Regina, Saskatchewan Closing date: September 7, 2022 Language(s) required: English Worker Type: Permanent Lending process and credit legislation expertise needed Lead a team of professionals focused on the continuous improvement, support and monitoring of credit policies and processes. Your team's objectives will include managing FCC's risk appetite and enhancing our customer and employee experiences. What you'll do: - Provide leadership to analysts, managers and subject matter experts - Evaluate the effectiveness of recommendations - Lead implementation and rollout strategies - Ensure project goals are set, deliverables met and results documented - Lead and manage lending document content, design and delivery - Make policy change recommendations to senior leaders as required - Coach and mentor your team including goal setting and performance management What we're looking for: - Collaborative team player who can flourish in a fast-paced environment - Confident communicator comfortable addressing all stakeholders - Analytical thinker who pays close attention to detail - Proven leader with a passion for helping others succeed What you'll need: - A bachelor's degree in finance, business or agriculture and at least seven years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); lending experience is an asset - Expertise in lending practices, credit legislation and risk mitigation strategies - In-depth knowledge of business process development and agile methodology | |
