| •Manage the full project lifecycle following a recognized project management methodology •Define, request, on-board, coordinate and manage the project team •Mentor and coach individuals within the team to grow and develop •Create a positive working environment within the team and manage conflict •Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders at various levels •Manage the process of innovative change effectively •Develop and present project status reports to stakeholders at various levels •Define, mitigate and manage project risks •Facilitate issue resolution options and required decisions Minimum Candidate Qualifications •Take an approved language test, [English (CELPIP or IELTS) or French (TEF or TCF)], and get the minimum Level 7 for your first official language. •Have successfully completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, with Canadian qualifications equivalence [done by either WES, IQAS or ICES] •7 or more years of progressive experience in project management with proficiency across the full project lifecycle. •Extensive knowledge of project management techniques and tools. •Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. •Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Experience in providing leadership to Business, IT, and vendor resources. •Demonstrated strength in planning, organizing and delegating. Desired Competencies •Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. | |
