| The Technician IV holds a provincially issued Certificate of Qualification in which the work will be performed and has passed any required exams. His mandate is to manage the facility's systems, perform preventive maintenance work and provide routine and on-demand services on the mechanical and electrical equipment and systems of the assigned facilities, according to company policies and professional certification requirements. The Technician IV is also responsible for performing work according to defined practices and procedures and meeting internal and external requirements, including environmental, health and safety, and fire safety requirements. At this position level: Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical and electrical equipment and system Trades certification or license in one or more of the following is required: Journeyman level HVAC/Refrigeration license | |
