Why this role is significant: As a Room Attendant, you bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency, playing a significant part in setting the foundation for the guest experience at our resort. Whether our guests are here for leisure, special occasions, or business purposes, you are responsible for ensuring their accommodations are immaculate and up to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors Dust furniture Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture Make beds and change sheets Distribute clean towels and toiletries Stock linen closet Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances Handle and report lost and found items Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items Pick up debris and empty trash containers Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties Wash windows, walls and ceilings Clean changing rooms and showers Transportation/travel information Own transportation Public transportation is available Personal suitability Punctuality Dependability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Initiative Organized Reliability Team player Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Ability to work independently Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Repetitive tasks Physically demanding Attention to detail Bending, crouching, kneeling Standing for extended periods | |
