| Wwe are looking for Cook who can cook food for our daily guest and the party gatherings. The candidate will be performing some or all of the following duties: • The candidate will be Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods especially Canadian dishes for daily guests, parties and functions. • Ensuring that the food prep area is always cleaned and sanitized every day. • Scheduling, supervising kitchen helpers and overseeing kitchen operations. • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. • sometimes clean kitchen and work area. • planning menus, determining size of food portions, estimating food requirements and costs, and monitoring and ordering supplies. • The candidate will be hiring and training kitchen staff. • May specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes. | |
