| One (1) Full time Permanent position of Sales supervisor (NOC 62010) available at 2739069 Ontario Inc. o/a Leather Sofa Galleria located at 410 LEWIS ROAD Suite 12, STONEY CREEK, Ontario, L8E 5Y7 Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of (NOC 62010): - Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained. - Maintain an attractive store displays and ensure proper signage and cleanliness of the space. - Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers. - Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules as required. - Authorize payments and the return of merchandise. - Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. - Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise. - Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. - Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance. - May perform the same duties as workers supervised. - May be required to perform various managerial duty, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
