Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time

Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise, Establish work schedule, Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize payments by cheque, Authorize return of merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.

Welcome and connect with every customer.
Discover customer needs and guide customer to selection.
Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.
Provide quality beverages and food items consistently for all customers.
Prepare Smoothies, food and other beverages to Booster Juice standards.
Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Maintain quality store operations.
Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards.
Follow cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.

Salary$16.90 per hour for 40 hours per week
Education RequirementsSecondary (high) school graduation certificate
Essential SkillsSupervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
