| Job responsibilities include: • Sell merchandise to customers and assist customer in sales • Design store floor plans with the manager and ensure that all the stock is represented in good condition on the sale floors • Formulate reports regarding merchandising, daily cash management, cash balancing, sales volumes and other matters • Assign work duties to workers and prepare work schedules with the owner • Resolve customers complaints and ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times • Manage and maintain inventory of the supplies and place orders for restocking merchandise in the store • Promote and maintain a safe working environment • Ensure compliance and consistent execution of company policies and procedures • Set up appointments for the drivers to deliver the merchandise as per the client’s demand • Ensure that store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards • Prepare necessary paperwork and ensure accuracy of weekly sales audit | |
