| Annalakshmi Inc. is looking for full-time permanent Cook for their location in Brampton Job Type: Full Time/Permanent Positions Available: 2 Primary Responsibilities: - Prepare and Cook food specially Dosa according to recipes. - Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions. - Prepare and cook Indian food items -South Indian Dishes- Soup, Dosa, Idly, Upma, Utthappam, Pongal, Wada and cook as per menus. - Prepare and cook complete meals or individual foods and dishes. - Train staff in cooking, preparation and handling of food. - Manage kitchen operations and staff by scheduling and supervising kitchen helpers. - Work safely with specialized cooking equipment like deep fryer, oven, grill etc. - Prepare meals for the diners, prepare the buffet, interview and train the staff. - Maintain inventory & records of food, supplies and equipment. - Inspect and sanitize all kitchen food service area. | |
