| Supervise day-to-day operations of the store. Schedule shifts and assign duties to the retail staff/cashiers. Interview hire and train new employees on customer service to perform cashier's job in compliance with company policy. Evaluate employees' performance and make monthly reports. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports. Maintain inventory record, make sure items are in stock, and report on a weekly basis. Perform all purchasing; order products and supplies for the store. Order merchandise, Establish work schedules Responsible for inspecting all incoming deliveries. Handle customer complaints and resolve the issues. Maintain and operate point of sale equipment. | |
