Main Duties: - Read & interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches - Measure, cut, shape and assemble wood structures such as staircases, decks and balconies - Cut and fit wood to make forms for concrete pours - Order required materials including tools from suppliers, so as to ensure that projects are securely and appropriately supplied - Supervise and train other employees in carpentry relating to the forming of concrete Skills, Work Experience and other Requirements: - At least 2 years of carpenter related experience - English language skills at a functional level (as determined by Restorex Contracting Ltd.) - Valid driver's license - Clean criminal record - Willingness to travel to work sites around Ontario at short notice | |
