| Job Type: Full Time/Permanent Positions Available: 2 Primary Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook complete meals or individual foods and dishes. - Prepare and cook traditional Chinese Soups like Chicken Mushroom soup, Fish and tofu soup, hot and sour soup, etc. - Prepare and cook Chilli chicken, Cheese chilli, Chilli potatoes, etc. - Prepare various kind of Dim sums, Chow Mein, Manchurian, spring rolls, fried shrimps, noodles etc. - Prepare and cook special meals for special occasions (marriage and religious functions). - Maintain inventory & records of food, supplies and equipment. - Inspect and sanitize all kitchen food service area. | |
