| - make beds, remove and replace used towels and toiletries, scrub washrooms, vacuum room - clean guest rooms and maintain cleanliness of the hotel, including public areas - Maintain supplies and equipment, ensure proper use of chemicals and cleaning products - stock and sort supplies, replenish room supplies, kitchen amenities and coffee supplies - wipe out refrigerator, wipe down cupboard doors and counter tops, clean appliances, empty dishwasher, clean stove, oven and burners - sweep patio area, wipe down furniture, clean patio doors - assist with shuttle service and cleanliness of vehicles as needed - greet guests, work with other depts to ensure guest satisfactions, have knowledge of Victoria to be able to assist guests with questions and inquiries about local area | |
