| Job Duties We are looking for a caregiver to look after an elderly woman with dementia by performing the following job duties: - Supervision and care. - Meal assistance. - Medication management. - Bathing and dressing. - Light housekeeping, cooking and laundry. - Maintaining a safe, healthy and positive environment. Employment Requirements - At least 3 years of work experience caring for elderly individuals with high medical needs. - Experience with dementia care considered an asset. - Professional household management experience. - Ability to prepare healthy and nutritious meals. - Open, honest, friendly and patient. - Strong moral and ethical values. - Scheduling flexibility. - Ability to speak, read and understand English. - Completion of secondary school. - Non-smoker. Job Details - Private home work setting located in Victoria, BC. - $22.00 per hour. - Between 30 and 40 hours per week. - Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
