| Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Minimum Education: None Positions Available: 1 NOC Job Title: Campground Attendant Job Duties · Acknowledge and greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting. · Answer phones, handle reservation inquiries and take payment. · Answer and investigate all guest inquiries in a timely manner. · Show guests to camp sites, and provide other orientation information. · Assist guests and provide instructions on using sports facility equipment available to guests. · Ensure the security of guest RVs and privacy of guests. · Perform general maintenance tasks for Guest Services buildings and other common areas as needed. · Perform routine general maintenance on rental RV’s as needed. · Perform routine maintenance on various sports equipment installed in common facilities and Guest Services building. · Clean and maintain guest RVs to ensure they are in clean working condition at all times, including bathrooms, kitchens and living quarters. · Clean common area bathrooms, public areas, storage rooms, Guest Services building, and other areas as assigned. · Assist with collecting, sorting and returning recycling and other wastes. · Take inventory and stock supplies required for cleaning and maintenance of the campground sites and other facilities. · Comply with all Surf Grove Campground safety guidelines and be familiar with emergency procedures. · Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned. Employment Requirements · Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision. · Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality standards. · Ability to work with coworkers as part of a team. · Excellent communication and organizational skills. · Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. · Responsible and reliable. · Appear well-groomed and presentable. Working Conditions · Must be physically fit and able to lift moderately heavy items. · Must be capable of movements such as bending, stooping, kneeling and climbing stairs when required. · Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain standing or walking for long periods of time. | |
