PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Analyst, S&C Quality Assurance will be responsible for development, production, on-going maintenance, and monitoring of adherence to, the S&C Quality Plan (“The Plan”). The new S&C Quality Plan will be designed to ensure consistent engineering, construction, and maintenance processes, procedures, and materials are used throughout all aspects of the S&C lifecycle.
As a member of the S&C Engineering Wayside Reliability team, the Supervisor S&C Quality Assurance will be a key member of the team which works to develop the new modern S&C process and procedure documents that will form a critical part of the S&C Quality Plan; such as S&C standard plans, Test & Inspection Requirement documents, and the S&C Construction & Maintenance Requirement Documents. The team member will have direct responsibility for the creation and editing of The Plan documents, as well as hands-on monitoring of adherence to them.
