| AMG Global Inc, a transport and logistics management company 425 Gilbraltar Dr. Mississauga ON L5T 2S9 Mississauga Ontario urgently require a Logistics Supervisor to plan, organize and manage the operational logistics in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Permanent, full-time position. Overtime applies after 44 hours per week. May be required to work on weekends. | |

| Education Requirements | Post secondary program in supply chain or any related field. |
| Essential Skills | - Oversee the shipping, receiving, storing and distribution of products. - Establish work schedules and dispatch crews on routes. - Coordinate the inbound and outbound movement of trucks. - Track and report purchase orders, shipments and productivity. - Schedule all inbound and outbound activities with internal and external carriers and agents. - Ensure safe transportation of goods. - Deal with inquiries and issues relating to freight and logistics operations & resolve them in an appropriate manner. - Ensures all appointment requests are responded to within the set parameter of a 24-hour period. - Handle the company's event logistics including bookings, choosing vendors, inviting guests and making travel arrangements if necessary. - Supervise and enforce compliance of all SOPs within the team. - Ensure all safety and established work methods are adhered to. - Conduct performance reviews. - Arrange for repair works. |
