Job Duties: 
1. Safely operate designated sightseeing or tour vehicles, adhering to all traffic regulations and ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
2. Provide commentary and guidance while driving, highlighting points of interest along the route and maintaining an engaging atmosphere throughout the tour.
3. Coordinate with transportation providers and accommodation facilities to confirm reservations for tour groups, ensuring seamless logistics and accommodations for guests.
4. Address any discrepancies or changes in reservations promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions to the tour itinerary.
5. Collect administration or entrance fees from tour participants as required, accurately documenting transactions and ensuring proper accounting procedures are followed.
6. Organize and coordinate recreational activities included in the tour itinerary, such as outdoor excursions, cultural experiences, or leisurely pursuits, ensuring a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for guests.
7. Provide detailed descriptions of points of interest, landmarks, and attractions visited during the tour, engaging guests with informative commentary and answering questions to enhance their understanding and appreciation.
8. Supply guests with additional information, maps, and resources to further explore destinations at their leisure.
9. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the tour, including itinerary adjustments, transportation delays, or unforeseen circumstances, employing problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth continuation of the tour.
10. Assist guests with luggage transfers between accommodations and transportation vehicles, ensuring belongings are handled with care and accounted for throughout the tour.
11. Guide guests through check-in procedures at accommodation facilities and transportation terminals, providing assistance and support as needed to facilitate a seamless transition.
12. Utilize microphones or other communication devices to provide clear directions, announcements, and relevant information to tour participants, ensuring all guests can hear and follow along effectively.
13. Facilitate international border crossings for tour groups, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations.
14. Offer guidance and information to guests on tipping customs, currency exchange rates, metric conversion, and other practical details relevant to their travel experience, helping to enhance their overall comfort and convenience.
15. Accommodate guests with special needs or requests, including mobility assistance, dietary restrictions, or language support, ensuring their comfort and inclusion throughout the tour experience.
16. Lead guided tours of museums, galleries, historical sites, and other cultural attractions, delivering informative and engaging commentary, answering inquiries, and providing insights into the significance and context of the exhibits.
17. Transport or escort individuals or groups on tours of cities, waterways, industrial facilities, and other establishments, offering insights into local industries, infrastructure, and landmarks while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Qualifications:
1. Completion of high school.
2. Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required, we will provide on-job training.
3. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus, especially Chinese.
