The INSPIRE Office of Flexible Learning aims to provide students with curriculum flexibility to better manage their own time by providing exciting learning opportunities outside the Fall & Winter terms; expose students to engaging instructors who teach in novel and innovative ways; create interdisciplinary opportunities to work in small groups with peers from across campus to create a great learning experience and engage students with existing opportunities on campus related to Interdisciplinary Minors and interdisciplinary courses. Working with the INSPIRE Office of Flexible Learning and Kojo Damptey (Manager, Office of Community Engagement and ABLD 3BA3 - Topics in the Black, African and African Diaspora Studies instructor,), the educational research assistant will be responsible for providing support in creating an open education resource book “Black Epistemologies of Interlocking Solidarities for a Decolonial Hamilton.” The educational research assistant will support with meetings, interviews and a creation of a podcast along with the open educational resource book. Job Summary: Provide support and contributions to pedagogical research projects or course/curriculum (re)design efforts. Work is performed under general direction and guidance, and might include the collection of data, basic data analysis or contributions to the development of course materials. Accountabilities:
