Position Available: 1 Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Work Location: 3 E 8th Ave, New Westminster, BC, V3L 4J3 Job Duties: - Assign sales workers to duties - Authorize payments by cheque - Order merchandise - Authorize return of merchandise - Establish work schedules - Sell merchandise - Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters - Organize and maintain inventory - Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages - Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers - Train and supervise staff Job Requirements: Education: Completion of secondary school is required Experience: At least 1-2 years retail sales experience is required. Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Organized, Team player Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail | |
