| Collision Kings Group is in need of Auto Body Technician Employment Terms: Permanent - Full Time Duties And Responsibilities: 1) Utilize the frame machine to straighten bent frames and unitized bodies 2) Remove badly damaged sections of vehicles (for example, trunk lid, roof, rear body panels) and weld in new sections 3) Remove minor damage in body panels, fenders, skirting and sheet metal trim, and weld torn metal 4) Repair or replace interior and exterior components such as instrument panels, seat frame assemblies, carpets and floorboard insulation, trim panels and mouldings 5) Inspect vehicles for dimensional accuracy 6) Adopt work habits that are in accordance with the Company Employee Policy Handbook and perform all assigned repairs which are safe and correct to reflect the philosophy of the company 7) Attend scheduled daily meetings in the production area for daily release update meeting 8) Advise the management team immediately on any vehicle that has deficiencies or delays that will impact the planned delivery of a vehicle 9) Maintain a safe and clean working environment that represents the company's operating conditions Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday), 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week Wage/benefits:$23.56 - $25.00/hour depending on work location, Enrollment to standard company benefits package-Canada Life after 3 months of probation WORK LOCATIONS: 1. BUNZY’S AUTO BODY LTD.: 52 Austin Street, Winnipeg, MB, Canada R3B 0Z7 Employment Requirements: 1) Education: Completion of secondary education is required; Autobody Repair Technician Certification will be an asset 2) Work Experience: Minimum of three-year related work experience is required 3) Must have knowledge in autobody tools and equipment 4) Must have knowledge of workplace safety requirements and procedures 5) Must have analytical and problem-solving skills, decision making skills, and effective verbal and listening communication skills 6) Must have the ability to lift, handle, and move items up to 50kg 7) Must have the ability to withstand a repetitive and physically demanding work such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, squatting, and pulling 8) Must have the ability to work in an environment exposed to chemicals, fumes, noise and dirt. | |
