| Vacancies: 1 Job duties include: · Supervise the work of all the electrical worker, wiring installers, Apprentices and electrical technicians · Hire, train and prepare work schedule of all employees · Liaising with other subcontractors and licensing departments · Train the employees in work method procedure, safety regulations, work policies, electrical codes and standards · Inspect and assess the woke done by electrical team and make sure all the processes and procedures are followed · Overseeing the inventory and order materials as required · Responsible for the maintenance of electrical equipment on site · Prepare progress reports for individual projects and submit to the management · Prepare estimate reports of cost of material require to complete the task · Inspect all equipment’s at job site to ensure it operates efficiently and safely · Manage to solve any work related issues as well as with workers · Maintain a clean and safe environment at the job site at all times · Encourage the worker to improve efficiency at work | |
