| Lawrence Meat Packing Co. Ltd. is in need of Meat Cutters Employment Terms: Full Time - Permanent Duties and Responsibilities: - Cut, trim and weigh standard cuts of meat according to specifications. - Grind or slice meat by hand or with a machine. - Shape and tie roasts and other meats. - Assist in keeping track of inventory, proper stacking and storage of meat products. - Ensure that all the meat products are in compliance with company standards and food safety. - Determine the storage and shelf life of all meat products as per food and safety norms. - Ensure neat and proper display of meat products in the store. - Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of work areas and equipment used for cutting.
