| Evergreen Holsteins Inc. is in need of Farm Supervisor Employment Terms: Full Time - Permanent Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manage staff workloads including prioritizing and distributing of duties. 2. Supervise, monitor and implement the agreed farm management plan, completing all tasks required for herd, crop and farm management ensuring the farm achieves production targets 3. Provide oversight and direction to staff in accordance with the company’s policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures 4. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment 5. Ensure scheduled farm machinery and equipment servicing happens when due and all maintenance undertaken is recorded. 6. Maintain and monitor quality of crop yield 7. Keep production records up to date 8. Ensure crop farm activities comply with farm safety and bio security procedures 9. Perform other related farm duties as required Working Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week, 7:00AM-5:00PM (schedules may change depending on season and/or production stage), 2 varied days off per week Wage: $22.00/hr, Full extended health coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance) after 3 months with 50/50 employer-employee share | |
