| Job Duties: -Prepare and cook food items. -Ensure that all dishes and recipes are made to standard. -Help oversee kitchen operations and food service areas. -Assist in the supervision and training of kitchen support staff. -Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. -Monitor, maintain and replenish inventory as needed. -May assist in menu planning. Employment Requirements: -Minimum 3 years of commercial cooking experience. -Ability to work efficiently, multi-task and perform well under pressure. -Strong communication and organizational skills. -English language ability. -Completion of secondary school. Job Details: -$22.00 per hour. -Permanent, full-time position (35 to 40 hours per week). -Benefits include gratuities. -Physically demanding. -Standing for extended periods of time. -Day, evening, night and weekend shifts.
