| Vacancy: 1 Position available Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Work Location: Unit 200, 4949 Canoe Pass Way, Tsawwassen BC V4M 0B2 Job Requirements: Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is required. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail. Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Organized, Accurate, Team player. Job Duties: - Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor. - Hire and train or arrange for training of staff - Order merchandise - Authorize return of merchandise - Establish work schedules - Sell merchandise - Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters - Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock. - Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages - Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers - Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures. | |
