Position Available: 1 Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent Location: Suite 357B - 8158 128 Street Surrey, BC, V3W 1R1 Job Duties: - Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers - Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules - Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance - Authorize payments and the return of merchandise - Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise - Sell merchandise - Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness - Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters - Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages | |
