General Manager, Transportation & Construction Reporting to the City Manager, the GM, Transportation & Construction provides strategic leadership to all parts of the department including: Transit, Transportation, Roadways & Operations, Fleet, Construction & Design and Major Projects & Preservation. In this role you use your excellent coaching and mentoring skills to develop and nurture talent in the department and build a succession plan to support long-term success. With your superior leadership and communications skills, you will build and support a culture of innovation and excellence throughout the Transportation & Construction department and beyond and ensure that the goals and values of the organization are lived and breathed by your team.
