| Essential Skills | - Meet every customer's need by offering the best possible recommendations. - Supervise & coordinate the sales staff & hire and train new employees - Set sales targets and help the team achieve them. - Interact with customers to boost customer confidence. - Address and solve customer queries. - Resolve work related problems, supply shortages and relay information to management. - Process purchase and sales transactions and authorize methods of payment. - Maintain inventory and approve contracts with vendors. - Prepare sales reports, meet annual targets, analyze expenditure and ensure ways to cut costs and maximize profits. - Provide regular fee back to management on all matters. - Organize advertising materials like brochures, leaflets etc - Organize sales training sessions for sales representatives - Manage & coordinate various trade shows and road shows. - Strong leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multi-task efficiently. - Must be reliable and have a character of integrity committed to excellence. - Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task. - Driven and committed to success. - Awareness of web-based marketing and social media. |
