Rogers in seeking a Manager, Capital Programs, this individual will have responsibility for financial planning, coordination, tracking and management of activities in alignment with residential business plan. This role facilitates cross-functional coordination and communication between business units and functional representatives within a complex, matrixed corporate environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Planning & Analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide interface between residential teams (Product, Content, Marketing & Sales) and various network, finance and business groups.

  • Collect, analyze and maintain financial forecast/budget.

  • Ensure all actions, dependencies and risks are understood and highlight any potential omissions, duplications, discrepancies, etc.

  • Support development of cost models to ensure capital funding is sufficient and supports forecasting and cost analysis.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation as required.

  • Assist in regular meetings for cross business unit leaders supporting the execution of the program to ensure effective communication and coordination.

  • Be a key finance resource to support any future transformation and/or large scale program efforts/events.

  • Support broader capital governance, planning, forecasting and reporting activities as needed.

 

What you Bring:

  • The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a respected, proven, self-starter/finisher and passionate leader who possesses advanced finance knowledge (CA/CMA/CPA/MBA), with experience with large enterprise.

  • Strong Organizational and Communication skills.  Highly proficient in both verbal and written communication.

  • Strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to aggregate or decompose complex issues into insightful and manageable actions or insights.

  • Provide thought leadership and analytical rigor to identify and help alleviate any operational and change management issues – developing solutions and driving decision making.

  • Be a problem solver, showing ability to resolve issues independently, but knowing when issues need to be escalated across multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills and ability to function across multiple areas of the business.

  • Experience leading and managing programs and/or large projects from start to finish.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
