| S.C.O. Construction is looking for Carpenter Helpers to join our company. The selected candidates will be working at various locations on site in Kelowna, BC and surrounding area. Major Job duties include: - Preparing, fitting, assembling, joining, and removing structural formwork for concrete foundations as directed (flat surfaces, walls, columns, beams and shafts) - Understanding blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications - Preparing layouts in conformance with building codes and contract specifications with supervision - Assisting carpenters and tradespersons on site in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs - Loading and unloading construction materials, and move materials to construction sites - Maintaining a safe and clean job site | |

| Salary | $20 Per Hour For Working Flexible 40-45 Hours Per Week |
| Credentials | - Valid Driver's License - basic security clearance |
| Education Requirements | Education degree is not required; completion of Secondary School is an asset. |
| Essential Skills | - Be physically capable of performing the required duties - Must be able to handle a variety of required equipment and power tools |
| Experience | - Previous job-related work experience is required - Knowledge of frame and formwork is preferred - On-the-job training will be provided |
