| Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Positions Available: 2 Job Location(s) #201- 8383 128 Street Surrey, British Columbia V3W 4G1 Canada Job Description: Job Duties for Copywriter: As an advertising copywriter, you should have a creative mind, excellent Punjabi & Hindi writing skills and the ability to multi-task. You'll handle several client accounts at the same time, which makes the job varied and interesting. Benefits: 50% Extended medical benefit to be paid by employer. As an advertising copywriter, your duties will include the following: · Develop creative ideas and campaigns for advertising commercials. · Brainstorm copy ideas with other members of the creative team. · Familiarise yourself with clients' products, services and the target audience. · Skilfully write advertising commercials and station ID’s in Punjabi. · Work closely with Sales Department in creating powerful, targeted, effective radio advertising campaigns. · Modify advertising copy until the client is satisfied. · Assist the producer in selecting appropriate music and sound effects for your advertising commercials. · Direct voice-over artists to achieve the required delivery style, and tone as per the script. · Be responsible for the overall production of your assigned advertising commercials. · Translate advertising commercials in Punjabi/ Hindi on a daily basis. · Be able to work under pressure and multitask.
