| Job Location: 82 Crockford Blvd., Scarborough, ON M1R 3C3 Duration of employment: 2 years Job Duties include: • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc. • Assembles and test works machines to confirm remedy of breakdown. • Maintain and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment in order to remove grease, rust stains. • Dismantle machines or equipment, using hand tools and power tools, in order to inspect the faults. • Measure, imprint and record measurements and reference focuses on metal stock surfaces. • Study blueprints outlines, drawings, diagram to decide machine's activities that should be performed. • Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations. • May require to of light welding, Molding and building upkeep. • Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts. • Inspect the maintenance report. | |
