Combining Wireline and Wireless views of our customer is key to providing superior insights and analytics to the organization.  This position will be instrumental building an enterprise solution for the single source of truth for converged customers.  The tools, systems, and processes will be developed to drive and monitor some of the key indicators used to drive business insights and decisions. (Title known internally as "Manager, BI & Analytics")

What you'll do: 

• An individual contributor who works with business stakeholders of all levels (analysts to VPs) and represent them in the technical implementation and delivery of one source of the truth for converged customers
• Develop logic and transformation rules that converts the raw data in to KPIs that will be used to manage the business
• Partnering with IT and a scrum team, create and maintain an optimal data pipeline in a cloud environment that serves the business needs for insights and operations
• Build dashboards and views that utilize the converged data to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics 
• Working with IT and the scrum team to design/setup the cloud infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using ‘big data’ technologies and plan its cloud migration from on-prem. 
• Individual contributor Be a subject matter expert on all facets of the converged data sets
• Understand the Wireless and Wireline billing systems and how the customer journey is reflected within them
   

What you'll bring: 

• Strong analytical skills working with structured & unstructured datasets including a successful history of extracting value from large, disconnected datasets.
• Advanced knowledge and 5+ years expertise with SQL, SAS along with knowledge of object-oriented scripting languages.
• 5+ years of experience and solid understanding of BI & Data analytics in data pipeline process management, defining reporting/analytics standards, constructing interactive dashboards, developing data visualization tools, testing, and validating its data.
•  Knowledge of ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures, and data sets with big data tools.
•  Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic agile environment by managing a scrum team with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience performing root cause analysis on data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Must be an individual who is focused on delivering results with integrity.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and data warehouse technologies and concepts.
• Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
