| 2393211 Ontario Inc., operating as Zauq Restaurant, located at 1325 Eglinton Avenue East in Mississauga, Ontario L4W 4L9, is currently seeking to hire 3 Curry & Tandoori Cooks and 2 Hakka Cooks. Job Duties: . Plan and implement menus as per restaurant's style and standards; . Steam, grill, broil, fry and cook fish meat vegetables etc; . Prepare all kinds of curries, tandoori meats, tandoori kebabs and tandoori breads; . Follow established procedures and standards for cooking with deep fryers, ovens, sauté stations and grills; . Prepare Hakka style soups, starters, rice, noodles, meats, fish & poultry; . Prepare marinades and sauces for Hakka dishes; . Come up with creative menu items and side dishes that cater to the Canadian palate; . Portion, arrange and garnish servings; . Maintain proper use of kitchen equipment and gadgets; . Maintain inventory of food supplies and estimate food requirements; . Oversee kitchen operations and supervise kitchen helpers; . Maintain high quality of hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen; . Regularly review existing menu for opportunities to improve quality, variety and costs; . Adhere to health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and hygienic work place; | |
