| Job Type: Full Time/Permanent Positions Available: 1 Primary Responsibilities: - Assign sales workers to duties. - Authorize return and sell of merchandise. - Organize and coordinate work schedules for sales representatives and other workers, ensure adequate staffing levels for opening and closing. - Lead in the development of training procedures and in the actual training process of new sales team members. - Manage weekly team work schedule, address payroll, absenteeism and vacation requests. - Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. - Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. - Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages. - Organize and maintain inventory. | |
