| Overview: Cityscape is expanding its irrigation services in the National Capital Region and is looking to hire an irrigation service technician. Terms of Employment/Job Duties: Cityscape is looking to hire an irrigation service technician for a permanent full-time position, year-round employment for outdoor labour positions. We are looking for people who are looking to build a career in the landscaping industry. Candidates must be able to work long hours in all weather conditions which might include working overnights and weekends. Duties include but are not limited: following work order descriptions for scheduling and specific job duties, reviewing work orders and as built drawings (blueprints), installing replacing and maintaining exterior prefabricated products such as irrigation equipment including irrigation heads, wire, valves by using hand and power tools. On-the-job training will be provided. Benefits: Health and dental benefits available. Location(s) of work (local area, city of town): Ottawa, Ontario Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Outdoor work including all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
