Position Available: 1 Work Location: 2285- 160th Street Unit E3 Surrey, BC V4A 9N6 Job Duties: - Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, - Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, - Ensure food service and quality control, - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, - Prepare and submit reports, - Supervise and check assembly of trays, - Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys - Establish work schedules - Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures - Prepare budget and cost estimates - Address customers' complaints or concerns Job Requirements: Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is required. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills | |
